Privacy Policy

Conversations & career diagnosis: conversation content (work experience, preferences, values, etc.) and a browser session ID. We do not collect identifying information such as your name or contact details.

Company analysis & document design: your resume text, job-posting (JD) text, and the contents of uploaded files. Your name may optionally be included, and collected information is used only to provide the service and for quality improvement and methodology research (see Section 2).

Login (optional): your email address. Without logging in, you can use PIERCE AI anonymously.

Payments (in preparation): Payment information is processed only within the secure environment of payment providers such as Toss Payments. ASS Career does not store payment details such as card numbers directly.

Diagnosis sessions: automatically deleted 6 months after last use.

Company analysis & document results: automatically deleted 6 months after last use.

Login email: deleted immediately upon an account-deletion request. Inactive accounts are deleted 1 year after the last login.

Deletion requests: email assresume@gmail.com and we’ll process it within 3 business days.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes.

To operate the service, we entrust the minimum necessary information to the following processors:

• ·Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI conversation processing. Data is deleted immediately after the service is provided.
• ·Vercel — web hosting and server execution.
• ·Railway / Supabase — database storage.
• ·Resend — sending login emails.
• ·Toss Payments — payment processing (planned after July).

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• ·Request access to your collected data
• ·Request correction of errors
• ·Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
• ·Request that processing stop
