Terms of Service

It is reference material. The analyses, diagnoses, and document drafts provided by the Service are reference material to support your decisions and writing. They do not guarantee passing or any hiring outcome at any company.

You must review it yourself. AI output may contain inaccurate or outdated information, so you must verify its accuracy and suitability yourself before submitting anything.

It is not a ghost-writing tool. The Service does not automatically write cover letters for you; it is an aid that structures the evidence of your own experience and effort. You are responsible for the final result.

Some features are free (including your first company analysis); paid features follow the fees disclosed in advance.

Payment features are introduced progressively after July 2026 and are processed through the secure environment of payment providers such as Toss Payments. Prices and composition of paid credits/passes are set by the Company and announced when changed.

Unused credits or passes may be refunded on request within 7 days of payment.

Items for which analysis or output has already been generated may not be refundable, given the nature of digital content.

Refund requests: email assresume@gmail.com; handled in accordance with applicable law including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Intellectual property in the Service and its methodology, content, and design belongs to the Company.

You retain rights to the content you input (resume, job postings, etc.); the Company uses it only to provide and improve the Service (see the Privacy Policy).

You may freely use the outputs you receive for your own job-search and career purposes.

The Service is provided "as is," and the Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of its outputs.

The Company is not liable for damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure or failures of third-party services (AI models, hosting, payments, etc.). Even where the Company is liable, that liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service, announcing material changes in advance.

The Company may amend these Terms when necessary; amended Terms take effect from the time they are announced. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the Service.
