ASS Career’s PIERCE AI is a career AI designed by a founder with 11 years as a headhunter. In a single conversation, it diagnoses your direction, analyzes the companies you want from the hiring side, and strengthens your application — all in one place.

PIERCE AI is not a “cover-letter generator.” Instead of inventing things that aren’t there, it structures the real evidence of your effort, based on a recruiter’s perspective and the patterns of resumes that win offers. In the PIERCE conversation, name the company you want and it analyzes it from the hiring side; upload your resume or a job posting and it strengthens your documents for that company. It all flows within the same conversation.

Conversations and diagnosis are free. Result reports (company analysis and documents) will be priced per item, but during this pre-launch trial period everything — including reports — is free. Paid pricing will be announced after July 2026.

Yes. You can download the results and edit them freely. You’re the author of the final document, so we recommend reviewing it yourself before submitting.

A premium service where the founder personally reviews the documents you built with PIERCE AI from a hiring perspective and gives you feedback.

Expert Review is ₩500,000 per document. You’ll get feedback within 24 hours.

Expert Review works best when it’s based on documents already shaped with PIERCE AI. We recommend refining your documents in PIERCE first.

Right now it’s a pre-launch trial period, so conversations, diagnosis, and reports are all free. Paid pricing (per report) will be announced after July 2026.

Once payment is introduced, refunds are available for report items you haven’t generated yet. For details, contact assresume@gmail.com.

We operate as a simplified-tax business, so cash receipts and tax invoices can’t be issued.
