Through my career, I built my craft by handling recruiting on behalf of companies — hearing, up close, what employers actually look for and decide on. On that foundation I have since helped individuals with the real mechanics of applying to companies, and today I am expanding into lectures, drawing on both that B2B work alongside companies and the results from one-on-one (B2C) consulting. ASS Career exists to help each applicant grasp that hiring-side view and spread their wings the way they were meant to.

We don’t dress things up. A résumé earns its value through objective, verifiable evidence framed in the company’s terms — not through pretty sentences. Our job is to understand the life behind the document and help it be understood, not just look better.
